Pressing Request my quote at the end of the Canvas Builder does not commit you to anything. It simply sends us your design. Here is what happens next, so there are no surprises.
Within 24 hours: we get in touch
We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details and send a quote and timeline. This is the moment to ask questions, mention a paint reference, or tell us the measurements of an awkward wall. We offer a free consultation, and custom sizing is available, so if the size you want is not in the list, just say.
Review the design carefully
Because every canvas is made to your specification, we ask you to review the design mockup and the details before approving production. Check the spelling of every word, the line breaks and the colours. Once production begins, changes cannot be made, so this is the time to be fussy.
Approval and payment
When you are happy, you approve the design and make payment. Our terms are clear that custom canvases are final sale, which is why we ask you to be certain at this stage.
Production: up to 20 business days
Production takes a maximum of 20 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment. This does not include delivery time, which is communicated separately based on your location. If your canvas is for a date, such as a birthday or a wedding, allow plenty of time, and mention the date in your notes.
Quality check and delivery
Each canvas goes through a quality check and careful packaging before it is delivered to your door.
If something is wrong
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your canvas arrives damaged in shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no extra cost. Claims need to be made within 7 days of delivery, with photographs.
Why we do it this way
Each canvas is made individually, with its own raised lettering and finish. Asking for your approval first means the finished piece is exactly what you had in mind. If you are ready to start, design your canvas and send it in.
