Before you open the Canvas Builder, a few questions tend to come up. Here are straight answers.
Does the Builder show me a price?
No. The Builder ends with a request for a quote, not a checkout. We reply within 24 hours with a quote and a timeline based on your design. Our ready-made gallery pieces show their prices, which start at £25, and give a sense of the range.
Can I change my design after I send it?
You can change anything in the Builder until you press the final button, and you can discuss changes with us when we reply. Once you approve the design and pay, production begins and changes cannot be made, so it is worth checking everything first.
Is the preview exactly what I will get?
The preview is a close guide to proportions, text position, size and the effect of colour, surface and depth. It is not a photograph. Screen colours differ from painted colours, and raised lettering has a physical depth that a screen can only suggest. That is why we ask you to review the mockup before approving.
What if my size is not listed?
Custom sizing is available. Tell us the measurements in the notes, and we will advise on what works.
Can I match a specific colour?
Yes. If you have a paint reference, mention it in your notes. The colours in the Builder are a guide, and we can match a reference if you have one.
How long will it take?
Allow up to 20 business days from the date we confirm your order and receive payment, not including delivery. If your canvas is needed for a date, tell us in the first message.
Can I return it?
Because each canvas is made to your design, all sales are final. If your canvas arrives damaged or with a defect, we replace it, provided you tell us within 7 days of delivery with photographs.
Do I need design experience?
No. The Builder is designed so that you can make good decisions without it, and our other guides, from how the Builder works to wording ideas, are there to help. If you get stuck, send what you have and tell us what you are aiming for.
